  • What are your store hours?

    Sunday & Monday: Closed

    Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 10am -6pm

    Thursday: 10am – 8pm

    Saturday : 9am -3pm

  • How much does it cost to resize a ring?

    The cost of sizing a ring depends on the type of metal it is made of, whether the ring is being sized up or sized down and the mm width of the ring. It is best to stop in to the store to get an accurate price.

  • Do you do repairs? How long does it take?

    Yes, we have two jewelers on premise that do repairs. We do not do repairs while you wait but everything is done in the store. Nothing is sent away to be worked on.

    Repair times vary depending on the time of year and work load. We strive to have a reasonable turn around time to complete your repair. Estimates on turn around time are given up front.

  • Do you clean jewelry even if it wasn’t purchased from your store?

    Yes, we offer complimentary clean and check on all jewelry. Polishing and Rhodium does come with an additional charge. See store for details.

  • Do you do custom design?

    Yes, we can create a custom design for you. It is best to gather ideas of what you would like the finished product to look like. The jeweler can help you design the custom piece you are looking for. In some cases, there is a fee for CAD (which will be deducted from the cost of the finished product). This can be discussed when meeting with the jeweler.

  • Do you do watch repairs, batteries and band adjustments?

    We do watch batteries on most watches as well as band adjustments. Depending on the type of watch and the repair needed we do have a watch maker that picks up repairs from our store and takes them to his shop. Estimates are given before any work is completed.

  • Do you sell watch bands?

    Yes, we sell leather and metal replacement bands.

  • If I bought my jewelry somewhere else will you repair it?

    Yes, we work on jewelry purchased elsewhere.

  • Can you tell me if my jewelry is “real” or not?

    Yes, we can take a look at your jewelry and advise if it is a “fashion” piece or if it has value. We offer insurance appraisals as well. The first item for insurance appraisal would be $100 and each additional piece would be $75

  • Do you buy gold, silver or pre-owned jewelry?

    We buy gold at the days scrap market value. We pay by check and require a valid driver’s license. We will evaluate and make offers on diamond jewelry as well. See store for details.

  • Is there a jeweler on premise?

    Yes, we have two jewelers on premise.

  • Do you need an appointment to come in?

    No, an appointment is not necessary. We do require a face covering while shopping in our store per the Governor’s mandate.

  • Do you offer financing?

    Yes, we offer financing through Wells Fargo to qualified buyers.

  • Do you offer layaway?

    Yes, we offer layaway on all regular priced items. Half down is required to put a piece in layaway along with monthly payments. Some restrictions apply. See store for details.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 2492 Wedgewood Dr. Akron, OH 44312 just off of Canton Rd. Look for the big “GenFed Credit Union” sign. We are in that plaza. If you pass Acme you have gone to far.
